This factory, which was founded in 1905, started when the British built a factory \"for the processing and supply of licorice root\" in Ujar district. Then, in 1956, it was replaced by a licorice processing plant and a canning plant. Our enterprise, which prioritizes naturalness and organicity in its working principle, collects and sorts tons of selected fruit from the central regions of Azerbaijan, and then processes it. Currently, the enterprise produces pomegranate, apple and quince juices, as well as apple, date, peach and quince puree, as well as apple and pomegranate concentrate in 200-liter aseptic barrels. In addition, the factory has a juice filling line for 1 liter glass bottles. In addition, there is a procedure for drying various fruits, including dates, apricots, figs, apples and peaches. Product packaging of dried fruits is also part of the factory's production procedure. The products manufactured in the factory, which is equipped with the latest technology, are made with equipment made in Russia, Germany, Italy, China and Turkey.
